• An initial 'fact find' meeting to establish your current situation, objectives and personal budget;
• Research on suitable products for you;
• Written recommendation report;
• Implementation meeting to answer any questions that you have and to complete the relevant paperwork;
• No initial consultation fee;
• Commission and /or fees will be agreed with you for each service prior to work commencing;
• Opportunity to access further services on a fee basis;
• Ad hoc reviews when required (may be subject to review fee).
